The Service

Graspnote helps you save web pages, videos, documents, and notes into a personal knowledge library and turns them into a browsable wiki, daily briefs, and grounded chat with citations. Graspnote is currently in beta, so features, limits, and behavior may change as the product evolves.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Graspnote. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Graspnote, including attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, using it to store or distribute unlawful content, or infringing the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and process the content you add to your library.

Your Content

You own the content you save to Graspnote. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you, for example to extract text, generate summaries and embeddings, and answer your questions. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Graspnote offers a free tier and paid plans (Personal and Pro). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Your data stays yours. On plans that include vault export you can export your library to Markdown at any time, including after you cancel, so you are never locked in.

Beta and AI-Generated Output

Graspnote generates summaries, briefs, and chat answers using AI. These are provided to help you work through your own saved sources and may contain errors or omissions. Always verify important information against the underlying sources before relying on it. Because Graspnote is in beta, the service is provided on an as-is basis.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graspnote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Graspnote and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or other users. You can export eligible data before deleting your account.

Changes

We may update these terms as Graspnote changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
